Training Development Specialist

Training Development Specialist

The role is responsible for the delivery of Management Development workshops across three business locations and through the development of on line courses.

  • You will be designing and delivering management development training courses as well as delivering specialist training.
  • Development of e-learning courses that will support operational needs and classroom training
  • Processing training requests, update company e-learning system, liaising with delegates.
  • Provide quality evaluations of the contribution of training delivered to the business
  • Support the Training and Development Manager in planning and liaising with internal and external providers for scheduling, preparation and materials.
  • Responsible for delivering training across three business sites.

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent
  • HR/Training qualification
  • Trained in facilitation skills
  • Proven track record in a senior training role with a minimum of 5 years experience delivering Management development and soft skills training
  • 3 years Management experience where you had responsibility for a team
  • Previous experience of supporting a culture change programme through the delivery of associated Development programmes
  • Up to date experience in Modern Management/Leadership/Change Management/Decision Making /Sales training etc
  • Experience in Team Building activities with advised facilitation skills and techniques
  • Experience in the creation of on-line course courses
  • Previous experience within HR environment and a good understanding of HR practices
  • Passionate about training and can demonstrate ability to keep up to date with current trends
  • Must have a clean driving licence as travel is required between sites.

Desirable

  • Trained in Situational Leadership
  • Previous experience training micro soft office suit such as Excel/Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience delivering management training with in a global organisation
