Client Description

Our client is a leading UK provider of one of the Government’s initiatives to tackle long-term unemployment. They are an accredited skills and vocational training provider, delivering a range of training across the UK, working alongside over 100 partner organisations from the public, private and third sectors that share their commitment to delivering excellence with integrity. Having successfully secured new business in the Greater Belfast area they currently have an opening for a Temporary Administrator in a busy office. 

Role profile:

Administrators provide a high level of support to advisors, managers and clients and form an integral part of each team by providing general administrative support.  The role will ensure that essential paperwork is completed in line with requirements of the programme, engage with clients and employers: face-to-face; via the telephone and in writing to ensure accurate records are obtained and maintained.

·         Use their initiative to maintain and improve robust admin systems and procedures.

Administration Support

·         Managing and filing client documentation in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

·         To keep accurate records of all client referral and interactions on company database and manual paperwork.

·         To ensure that adequate forms and supporting evidence exists for all client payments.

·         Processing of client paperwork for all decision making cases, process all starters, leavers and change of circumstances documentation.

·         To complete tasks/projects as directed by manager which may include duties such as certification chasing and completion.

·         To provide feedback to Advisors in relation to the quality and completion of client paperwork.

·         Monitor client feedback process and update management on a regular basis.

·         To be accountable for the quality and compliance of client files through completing 100% checks on all paperwork and electronic records.

·         All personnel are required to comply with company policies relating to Information Security and Data protection, specifically to:

·         Protect all information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction & interference

·         Treat the security of all information assets according to their designated information security classification

·         Ensure that they only access information assets that they are authorised to do so.

·         Adhere to the procedure for reporting any security weakness or event

·         Commit to, and participate in, personal development of information security awareness & knowledge

·         Comply with all laws and contractual obligations regarding the protection of data
