SQL Analyst/BI Developer

MCS Group is working with their client, one of NI’s most exciting financial services firms in their search for a talented SQL/BI Developer/Analyst. Headquartered in Lisburn they count some of the UK and Ireland’s largest financial institutions as customers and have been investing heavily in their skilled team of analysts to cope with increasing demands in workloads. You’ll work in a niche and lucrative sector, utilising the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack – SSRS, SSIS, SSAS – all in a relaxed and close-knit environment.

We have placed a number of candidates within the company who have already received promotion – this
is a perfect opportunity for ambitious and driven SQL Analysts/BI Developers.

The Role

  • The successful SQL analyst/reporting analyst will work as part of an expert team on a wide array of BI projects.
  • You’ll take part in reporting, new development of processes and the presentation of data and reports for management and external clients.
  • You’ll undertake bespoke projects for clients, developing relationships and using your skill-set to drive the business forward.

The Person

  • You’ll have commercial experience in the field of reporting or data analysis.
  • You’ll be skilled with SQL; SQL Server 2012, SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS, along with Excel, VBA & Macro’s, Access.
  • You’ll be a team player, while being able to step up and take ownership of projects.

Salary
£30-40k with a fantastic benefits package.
