Software Engineer – Graduate

MCS Group is working with a leading software company as they seek to invest in their growing team of software developers with the addition of a graduate software engineer.

Our client is based in County Monaghan and is easily commutable from Enniskillen, Armagh, Dungannon or the surrounding areas. You’ll work in an Agile environment with some of the best technologists in the local market; all with a company who are continuously growing.

The Role

  • The successful candidate will assist in the analysis and troubleshooting of applications in both production and non-production environments.
  • Support and maintain enterprise wide applications that are used within Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance across the Computershare business.
  • You’ll develop code in accordance to requirements liaising with numerous teams across multiple sites.
  • Perform analysis of requirements and design developer level suitable solutions.
  • Develop, maintain and unit test code written in C#, ASP.Net.
  • Participate in peer review codes and make regular contributions to a truly Agile team.

The Person

  • You’ll have some commercial experience with software development, ideally C#, ASP.Net.
  • You’ll be a keen coder, appreciating good development principles.
  • You’ll be keen to learn and experiment with new technologies.

 
Salary
£20,000 – £25,000 with a leading benefits package.
