Service Delivery Team Administrator

 

Our client is a major maintenance company and is recruiting for a Service Delivery Team Administrator based in Belfast

 

The successful candidate will integrate into the Service Delivery Team responsible for the management of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various contracts. The candidate will engage with our clients (both internal and external), our supply chain and our technical team on a daily basis to ensure efficient and timely delivery on a range of services.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:         

 

Essential Criteria

·         Possess relevant administration experience in a fast paced environment

·         Be able to demonstrate experience of working to strict deadlines

·         Be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills and financial awareness

·         Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including a proficiency in a Management Information System and web based systems

·         Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy and communication skills

·         Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills

·         Have a proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common objective
