A Global Law Firm with offices located centrally in Belfast are currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective service delivery of recruitment support to multiple sites with a key emphasis on quality and stakeholder engagement.

The role is a highly visible within the organisation and requires a strong and confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders and ensure the team can deliver against the KPIs in place.

Role Purpose
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the team to provide an excellent recruitment administration service to clients in London across all processes undertaken by the Resourcing and Graduate Recruitment Administrators.

Duties

  • Management of 3 Recruitment Administrators, 2 Graduate Recruitment Administrators, the Quality Assurance and Workflow Specialist and any additional temporary resource required from time to time.
  • The recruitment, training, performance management and on-going development of the team. Providing guidance to the Administrators on operational issues before the specialist resourcing teams in London / Belfast are consulted.
  • Service delivery across the team, ensuring that a timely, accurate and consistent service is provided in accordance with SLAs.
  • The provision of metrics to demonstrate performance against SLAs, undertaking data analysis to identify trends and address underlying issues.
  • Implementation of continuous service improvements to achieve service enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Building strong client relationships with London Resourcing, Belfast Resourcing and London Graduate Recruitment to facilitate open and honest discussions on performance, ensuring that specialist teams are receiving the support they require.

The Person
Essential
Experience in the service delivery of transactional services to client groups
Strong team and performance management skills
Experienced in working to SLAs and managing KPIS and Metrics for delivery

Desirable
Experience of Recruitment Process and Candidate Journey
Experienced in the use of an Applicant Tracking System(I grasp, Taleo etc)
