Purchase Ledger Clerk

 

My client based in County Tyrone has a requirement for a purchase ledger clerk to join their busy department. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice and payment processing. This is a contract role for 6 months and the successful candidate will be paid £16000 – £17000

 

Duties:

 

-               Match, batch and coding of invoices

-               Payment processing

-               Data entry into payable systems

-               Manual cheque preparation

-               Reconciliation of accounts payable balances

-               Verification of invoices

 

Criteria:

 

-               At least 1 years purchase ledger experience

-               GCSE Maths and English

-               Knowledge of computerised accounts package

-               Excellent communication and organisational skills
