Programme Quality Assurance Coordinator

Dunbia is one of Northern Irelands Top 10 companies operating across the UK and Ireland with a worldwide customer base. Reporting to the Transformational Performance Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Butchery Academy programme across the Group and gain unrivalled hands-on experience in a fast pace, dynamic environment;

The Role: (Dungannon)

The design and delivery of the accredited training, including; NVQ/PBQ, food safety, HACCP training, that constitute the Butchery Academy accredited programme;

Oversee the internal verification of the accredited training across the Group, including the verification of trainee, internal verifier and assessor work towards the agreed quality standards for the programme (both National Occupational Standards and Dunbia Butchery Academy Graduation standards for Pork, Beef and Lamb species);

Support the Product Quality Verifier in the development of verification reports on the quality of butchery for Trainees and existing butchers;

Provide mentoring support for trainees of the Dunbia Butchery Academy programme;

Provide support to HR across the Group in the recruitment and promotion of the Dunbia Butchery Academy.

The Person:
A minimum of 3 years experience in the design and/or delivery of accredited training;
A minimum of 5 years working in the meat industry with experience of developing butchery skills;
Experience of internal verification of accredited training, such as NVQs or equivalent;
Ability to mentor trainees, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive and flexible approach;
Strong team working ethic;
Excellent IT Literacy skills.
Preferable
Membership of CIPD.
