The Company

This regional IFA firm operates as the financial planning arm of an Accountancy Practice and has been providing advice to a wide range of personal and group clients throughout Northern Ireland for over 20 years.

Access Recruitment has been appointed to assist them in the recruitment of an experienced IFA Administrator to operate from their Belfast city centre office.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a highly professional and reputable financial planning practice as they put into place plans to strengthen their market presence in Northern Ireland. The Role

Your duties as a Sales Support Administrator will include: 

  • Carrying out illustrations for clients.
  • Conducting valuation reports.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients on a daily basis to keep information up to date.
  • Assist with any other office duties as required. 

The Individual

  • Will have 3-5 years experience operating in a similar role.
  • Have experience operating in a professional practice environment or in an IFA office environment.
  • Have experience providing support to IFAs in a pension and investments orientated role.
  • Have working knowledge of Avello (First) and experience using platforms.
  • Will be keen to further enhance their career by working for this market leading firm.

The rewards

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary of £20,000 to £24,000 plus benefits.
