HR Advisory – Workforce Analytics

My Client provides services in a and Scorecards, as well as joining up with colleagues in Customer, Risk, Technology and other domains to provide broader solutions.

As clients look for new and better ways to manage talent and improve business performance, they seek support and advice from partners with deep experience and capabilities in workforce analytics. number of areas including Workforce Planning, Predictive Talent Analytics, Organisational Analytics, HR Optimisation

The Role

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Workforce Analytics, you will help to design and implement analytics driven solutions to our clients’ most pressing business and talent priorities.

- Design and implement projects that exploit analytics in new ways to address existing talent and business issues, such as attrition, performance, growth or cost reduction.
- Exploit simple data models to provide evidence for changes to organisational structures, HR policies and practices, and transformation programmes.
- Support the design and develop the provision of critical analytic assets such as measurement frameworks, data models, analytic applications and data visualisation tools
- Build and implement analytics solutions on a variety of platforms ranging from KPI dashboards to the application of predictive analytic capabilities
- Manage quality, accuracy and usability of analytical tools/technology during design phases
- Analyse data integrity, accuracy and usability for business intelligence applications

Requirements

Human Capital Consultant with Analytics Focus

- Knowledge and experience in Talent, HR, Organisation Design or Change Management.
- Strong business and consultancy skills.
- Must have proven expertise of working with data, be highly numerate and understand the value that analytics can deliver. Experienced in working with data to apply a more scientific approach to people management.
- Strong skills and proficiency in Excel or another basic data management tool is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills

Analytics Consultant with Human Capital Focus

- Background in statistics, psychology, data or technology.
- Strong understanding of data management and analytics principles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology in solving business problems and interpreting MI to a variety of audiences
- Experience in data modelling, visualisation or statistical tools such as Microsoft Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle OBIEE, MicroStrategy, Roambi, Tableau, QlikView, Tibco Spotfire, SAS (including visual analytics), or IBM SPSS
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills

Key Skills

- Strong HR background
- ‘data savvy’ – not afraid to work with data and numbers and to take a more scientific approach to the art of people management
- Strong business and consultancy skills, who have knowledge and experience in Talent / HR / OD or Change, but are also highly numerate and understand the value that analytics can deliver
- Specialist skills in statistics, psychology, data or technology, but only if these are combined with some combination of Human Capital and/or business consultancy skills
