Frontline Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for highly motivated Frontline Technical Support Analysts who are ready to take on the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment and ready to provide first class software solutions. The individual will assist in providing consistent world-class security, network, and product support to a wide range of security minded customers and enterprises.

 

The Role:

 

  • You will resolve real-world business challenges by supporting cutting-edge vulnerability assessment software across complex, multi-faceted customer deployments.
  • You will possess excellent knowledge of security assessment, vulnerability management theory and penetration capabilities along with a highly motivated attitude to rapidly learn the newest technologies.
  • You will understand the client’s business objectives and product impact and then apply technical and functional expertise over the telephone or electronically to timely resolve issues and ensure client business success.
  • You will serve as the primary support liaison between organization and customer
  • You will keep clients well informed of how and when issues are resolved;
  • You will own additional follow up, testing, and troubleshooting
  • You will convey customer feedback to product management and development staff;
  • You will promote and maintain the highest quality, professional, and service-oriented image amongst the industry.

 

Essential criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / computer science or excellent experience
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar Support role 
  • 3+ years of Linux/Unix experience
  • Intermediate scripting in java/perl/ruby/python
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Netsuite, or other similar CRMs;
  • Analytical and technical thinking across multiple areas of responsibility;
  • Customer focused delivery;
  • Strong networking understanding;
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, VLAN, DNS, NMAP, LDAP preferred;
  • Network architecture and security troubleshooting experience;
