Customer Service Team Leader

Customer Service Team Leader – Belfast

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for our client in Belfast area.

Customer Service Team Leader Job Duties

The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible and accountable for delivering a consistently high level of Customer Service to all customers through the management of the Customer Service team.  This team aims to support the commercial teams in achieving business goals and is focused on relationship selling and ensuring customer queries are resolved to a consistently high level of customer service.

Accountable for teams performance and responsible for customer service performance, optimize available resources on a daily basis to ensure full achievement of the Customer Service KPI’s

To recruit, train, coach and develop the CSE’s of selling managing relationships structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.

Ensuring all policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times. Ownership of personal  development, functional, IS & leadership capabilities, supporting/enabling others development.

Produce accurate departmental reports to meet agreed timelines.

Essential Criteria

3-4 years Line Management experience in a busy Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Contact Centre environment/ busy Inbound Customer Service Centre.

Must be able to demonstrate high performance coaching skills.

Must be able to demonstrate managing a team(s) to successfully meet Customer Service Industry Standards and company SLA’s. Optimise available resources on a daily basis.

Must be able to demonstrate results focused with a proven track record of success, ability to use own initiative & deliver to deadlines.

Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical & report writing skills.

Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).

Excellent spoken and written English.

A third level education is preferred, though not essential.

Understanding CRM & ERP technologies is a significant advantage (SAP, Salesforce.com)

Understanding of IP Telephony /Call Centre telephony management is a significant advantage.

Project Management experience is preferred, though not essential.

Location:

Belfast Area.

Salary will reflect on experience but in the region of £30,000 k + Benefits
