Customer Relations Team Leader

Customer Relations Team Leader – Belfast Based

£Excellent salary negotiable

Our client is a leading civil engineering, construction and maintenance provider in Ireland who prides themselves on their quality and professionalism. They have been going strong since the 80’s, having worked in sectors such as health care, education, roads and housing. As a result of their on-going success, they require a Customer Relations Team Leader to deliver an excellent customer experience, working closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver key organisational objectives.

Duties will include, but are not exhaustive to:

  • Managing Incoming Response call traffic and ad-hoc support for the Customer Relations team and day to day management of the Help Desk.
  • Compiling monthly Scorecard on calls and KPI’s and analysing/reporting on call trends.
  • Interacting daily with Clients and Contract Managers/Supervisors.
  • Measuring the quality of performance within the business with the focus on service excellence
  • Co-ordinating monthly CRM’s (Customer Relations Management meetings).

To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:

  • Customer Relations Team Leader experience
  • Experience using reporting tools to extract, analyse and interpret data, produce reports presenting quantitative and qualitative data.
  • IT Literate –Experience with Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word.
  • Access to a vehicle required and ability to travel to various locations as per business requirements.

You will be organised, flexible, driven and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. CRM system experience and experience within the Maintenance /Social Housing sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
