Customer Experience Project Manager

The purpose of the Customer Service Project manager role is to ensure the successful delivery of all elements of the project by providing directions, control and leadership of both internal and external programme resource.

The objectives of the project will be achieved by establishing a customer service centre which will include contact handling, work control and remote control of assets activities and associated support services.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 5 Years experience of working in a programme / project management role involving similar challenges and responsibilities.

At least 4 years experience of influencing and developing customer service strategy at senior management and executive level.

Experience of delivering customer service centre related improvement projects to transform business performance and customer service levels in the last 5 years.

A Minimum of 5 years experience in working within the utilities industry in a management or senior consultant role

Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from various professions to gather business information requirements , document and deliver these.

Desirable Criteria:

Able to demonstrate experience in translating corporate vision and aims down through policy to strategy development and detailed action plans.

A minimum of 3 years experience in developing business cases and appraisals.

Proven expertise in the management of contracts and suppliers.

Proven experience of customer service transformation delivery in the water industry, other regulated utility or major customer facing organisation.

A Minimum of 5 years experience of managing and influencing both internal and external stakeholders at director level.
