Corporate Systems Admin – Pensions

Corporate Systems Administrator – Leading Wealth Management Firm – Belfast

Client:

  • Abacus Professional Recruitment have been retained by one of Northern Ireland’s leading, well established and well renowned financial services business. Our client has a wide range of products and services and specialises in HNW and Corporate clients. Our client is keen to recruit an experienced Corporate Systems Administrator for the pensions team.

Role:

  • Actively manage and maintain all corporate administration systems and act as the main point of contact for all system related matters
  • Review the status of automated output and provide regular updates on progress of cases requiring alteration
  • Manage both the transfer and installation of bulk data ensuring all systems are correctly updated and tested fully
  • Create, record and update client data and produce appropriate output to ensure client records are accurately maintained
  • Act as a problem solver creating new ways of working and creating process and calculation improvements
  • Act as a point of contact for complex enquiries as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent analytical/numercial skills
  • Defined benefits experience
