Business Development Manager (Solution Sales)

Business Development Manager (Northern Ireland)- Leading Technology Company

Our client a leading ICT company with a large Belfast based presence is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager. (Solutions Sales)

Reporting to the Sales Director this will be a key appointment with a particular emphasis on new business and account development with Enterprise companies.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

·        Identifying business growth opportunities in the Commercial sector (Enterprise accounts) and working closely with  the internal Pre-Sales function.

·        Developing and executing account plans for major customers.

·        Developing sales plans for major opportunities.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

·        Developing CxO contact strategy for each account.

·        Building and developing an accurate customer/prospect pipeline

 

 

Key skills and Experience:

 

 

Does this sound like you?

 

·        Very Strong ICT Solutions Sales Experience (minimum of 5 years)

·        Deep knowledge of communications area of NI ICT sector, in particular within the Commercial sector

·        Demonstrable track record of meeting targets in managed service or solutions sales

·        Knowledge of Cisco market(s)/solutions is highly advantageous.  Strong consideration will be given to knowledge of sales on other similar technology platforms (Avaya, HP etc)

·        Proven experience of winning new business

·        Demonstrable track record in developing SI partner channels

·        Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills are essential for this customer facing role

·        Results and Customer focused
