Band 3 Quality Management Administrator – South Belfast

Kennedy Recruitment are working in connection with their Belfast based Public Sector client to recruit a temporary Band 3 Administrator for a full time opportunity expected to last 9 months covering maternity leave. This role will require an immediate start and the following duties will be required -
*  To support the QM Executive Officer in arranging Quality Management visits to inspect junior doctor training posts across all hospitals and Trusts in Northern Ireland to include:
*  Organise annual schedule of deanery visits
*  Liaise with Trust Education Departments to facilitate visit
*  Coordinate visit team and pre visit meetings
*  Collection and analysis of trainee feedback
*  Maintain database of deanery visits and outcomes
*  To assist in the production of the bi-annual Dean’s Report to the GMC.
*  To support the QM Executive Officer in managing the annual GMC National Training Survey, to include:
*  Liaise with Specialty school administrators to collate accurate data
*  Response to queries in capacity as main contact for the GMC
*  Collation and analysis of survey results for Specialty Schools and Quality Management Group
*  Liaise with Lead Educators and provide guidance on survey results
*  Highlight areas of concern and good practice for inclusion in GMC DR
*  To support the QM Executive Officer in preparation for regulatory visits by General Medical Council (GMC) including preparation of extensive pre-visit documentation.
*  Maintain a Quality Management Hospital Risk Register to assist with the completion of the GMC Dean’s Report.
*  To provide support to the Associate Deans.

It is essential that candidates meet the following criteria to be short listed -
*  5 GCSE’s Grade C or above including English and 1 years relevant experience in an office environment OR 2 years relevant experience in an office environment
*  Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*  High level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
*  Ability to deal with confidential data, to include the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion
*  Ability to work independently and as part of a team as and when required.

Desirable Criteria:
*  Stage 3 Word Processing (RSA or equivalent)
*  Minute taking experience
