Accounts Administrator

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a busy accounts department for a well known company based in Omagh. This is a temporary job to cover maternity leave and the hours will be full-time Monday to Friday.

The main duties of the Accounts Administrator role include, posting of accounting transactions to Sage Line 50 Accounts (Multi company- Multi Currency), processing payroll on Sage Payroll software, posting of accounting Journals and purchase ledger, * posting supplier invoices and sales data, supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliations, complete month end reporting and reconciliations, BACS and cheque payments, maintenance of the Accounts Payable Ledger, preparation of VAT NI & ROI returns & PAYE/ CIS Returns. The job will also involve general administration duties.

Previous finance experience is essential for this role.

It is desirable that the successful candidate will have payroll experience, preferably using Sage Payroll and also have experience of Sage Accounts Line 50.
