Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics AX

The Role

  • The Senior Business Analyst will join a busy IT team to manage and implement Dynamics AX and technology projects.

  • You’ll work with Data Teams on migrations and reporting – utilising business intelligence tools.
  • You’ll gather requirements, carry out systems support, user acceptance testing and training of users on new systems.

The Person

  • You’ll have a track record of delivering ERP systems – ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX and within FMCG/Manufacturing environments.
  • You’ll have track record of implementations across multiple sites.
  • You’ll have exposure to reporting – ideally AX analysis cubes and PowerPivot.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator and a real team player.

  • £30,000 – £40,000 depending upon experience.

Electronic Technician

MCS Group is working with a well established engineering organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician.

This role is ideal for an experienced Electronic Technician seeking a new challenge, it will involve; quality inspection across electronic equipment, PCB fault finding, testing and evaluating components as well as ensuring you comply with health & safety regulations. The ideal person will have strong communication skills to co-ordinate and support on customer queries. The role may involve occasional site visits to conduct product testing.

Inbound Customer Service Advisors -immediate starts

We are currently recruiting inbound call cente advisors for a call centre in Belfast -

The role will involve answering inbound calls from customers on behalf of a mobile phone network. NO COLD CALLING

These are full time (38.5hrs), permanent positions with a basic salary of £13,100k , rising to £13.5k after 6 months continous service, plus an excellent bonus structure. Plus many of the other benefits.
