This position is open to either PART TIME or FULL TIME hours.

You will be part of a long established payroll department who is seeking an experienced payroll supervisor to operate payroll services for their clients. While the individual would be expected to be self-sufficient in terms of workload they would be assisted by other experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

By ensuring that client payrolls are processed accurately and delivered right first time, every time your responsibilities will include -

Taking ownership of all payroll tasks required from start to finish

Keying and manually inputting payrolls

Running BAC’s reports for clients and ensuring that they are authorised on time

Ensuring that all payments are processed correctly according to the agreed schedule

Producing payroll reports and pay slips

Handling queries in a professional and friendly manner by managing the client relationship

To escalate issues to the Payroll team leader immediately if a problem occurs during processing

To maintain all necessary administration relating to the above tasks

The Ideal Person:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of processing payrolls accurately and on time within a customer focused environment.
