As a member of the Food and Beverage team, you will ensure that allguests are served to the company brand standards in our Restaurant,Bar and Lounge areas. You will ensure that the highest standards ofhospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food andbeverage areas. You must also maintain high standards ofcleanliness in the food and beverage areas and you may also assist inconference and banqueting if required.
The successful Food and Beverage Team Member must be able to demonstratethat they can communicate effectively, carry out instructions and be able topay close attention to detail. The successful candidate will also ideally haveprevious experience of working in a restaurant or bar environment. Hotelexperience is advantageous, as is a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

They are actively searching for an experienced UK Credit and Accounts receivable Manager to assume responsibility for the end to end Customer to Cash process and provide management and leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership in administration of all components of Customer to Cash (C2C) processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the entire process
- Coach and develop team on Credit to Cash best practices
- Plan, organise and define roles for team to ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded
- Accountable for team member training & development.
- Set process and team member goals and objectives, review and provide feedback to team members throughout the year and during annual performance evaluation process
- Work to communicate resource needs and gaps and fill any openings on a timely basis such that service levels are maintained.
- Assist team in identifying, defining and implementing process and IT improvements
- Form strong partnerships with business unit / segment / functional / Corporate leaders and team members to resolve issues, understand one’s business and short and long-term vision to work more closely in meeting or exceeding mutual goals and objectives
- Handle customer and business unit disputes/misunderstanding on a timely basis to a win-win resolution for all involved. Communicate and elevate disputes which require involvement of others
- Define performance metrics (for process, customer, team member and financial value profiles)
- Participate in monthly management reporting as related to functional area
- Work toward establishing a common understanding and common process (where feasible) across groups in other geographies
- Responsible for month end reconciliation of Accounts Receivable ledger to the General Ledger
- Partner with Accounting on cash forecasting
- Open to additional responsibilities / activities related to the Customer to Cash process as continues to grow and becomes broader in its support to the business units
- Work as a team with other UK managers regarding authorizations and signoffs.

The Ideal Person:

Significant experience in leading overall customer to cash process
- Proven track record as effective leader of implementation and/or production teams
- Experience in people and team management is essential
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining robust control governance procedures
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Remuneration:

Salary for this opportunity will be in the region of £36,000 -£44,000 with a 10% bonus and additional benefits.

Responsibility:
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support to all site services, facilities and production processes in a dynamic manufacturing facility ensuring safety is paramount. This is a hands on role for a skilled electrician who will be responsible for the execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities and small improvement projects.

Job Duties:
*Perform both planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on all manufacturing equipment and building services on site.
*Apply root cause analysis techniques to all equipment failures and propose counter measures to eliminate repetitive faults.
*Develop & deliver process & equipment improvements to continuously drive efficiencies.
*Coordinate and quality check work performed by outside contractors including issuing & control of relevant permits to work.
*Perform minor building repairs including replacing door handles and installing notice boards etc.
*Utilise CMMS package to record both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
*Interpret mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings and sourcing and ordering of spare parts to maintain min/max stock levels.

Essential Criteria:
*Time served apprenticeship in a relevant discipline such as mechanical engineering.
*Mechanical maintenance experience gained within a CNC manufacturing environment or high volume manufacturing.
*Analytical problem solving skills on CNC equipment.
*Demonstrates the highest standards of practice in health and safety.

Desirable:
*ONC/HNC in a Mechanical discipline.
*3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast moving manufacturing facility.
*IOSH managing safely qualification
