Job Title: Energy Advisor
Locations: Field Based, Northern Ireland
Reporting To: Sales Team Manager
 
Job Purpose:
SALIIS is one of the largest service providers in the Renewables Sector in Northern Ireland specialising in photovoltaic solar panel installations along with other renewable technologies. Our Company provides both “funded” (no cost to the customer) and “paid for” solar system installations and are able to provide a full assessment of the suitability of your property, complete the design, installation and maintenance for the specified measure.  This role is responsible for growing the business and driving sales within the Renewable Energies Department, ensuring longevity of the Company and its desired objectives.

Salary & Package:
• PAYE base salary plus competitive commissions – OTE £25K+ (Uncapped)
• Company Vehicle & fuel card
• Company Uniform, ID, mobile phone & iPad
• Compass, Ladders and all other required equipment

Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in proactive sales approach.
2. Carry out door-to-door sales calls for solar panel systems and other on-going renewable products and services available to residential and commercial customers
3. Record customer information while on site, and complete relevant survey documentation
4. Forward daily sales information to administrative team via email
5. Assist administrative team throughout progression of application, providing customer support and communication
6. To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested by management

Qualifications / Experience:
• Previous experience in direct sales is essential (business to consumer / business to business)
• Knowledge or experience with solar pv or other renewable products is beneficial
• Full UK/European drivers licence is essential

• Sales driven, self motivated and ambitious
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A flexible approach to working hours; best sales results typically occurs outside standard office hours
• Good time keeping and organisational skills

Our client a leading private care provider wish to invite applications for the post of Home Manager, whose duties will include;

Assisting with the smooth and efficient management of the Care Centre

Assisting the provision of nursing care and practice to meet the various needs of individual patients/residents by assessment, problem identification, planning and evaluation.  This will be achieved through the leadership and delegation of all staff within legal boundaries

To maintain and monitor the delivery of care, the health and welfare of our client groups and to promote and manage the premises as to prevent untoward neglect of furnishings and fittings

To promote professional, clinical and financial administration, upholding and monitoring all professional and regulatory standards

Management of home resources, including budgets and staff (to include recruitment of same)

Applicants must ensure they meet criteria as detailed below;

Essential:

Must be currently registered with NMC (Part 1)

Minimum of 3 years previous management / supervisory experience.

Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation/standards/regulations.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels offering leadership and training.

Ability to delegate effectively

Satisfactory POVA Northern Ireland Service check.

Desirable:

Current NMC Registration (Part 3)

Registered Managers Award – achieved, working towards or equivalent qualification.

Sincere and genuine interest in working with the relevant client group.

Access to transport due to rural location.

Flexible to the changing needs of the Home.

Care of the elderly experience/qualification.

Good time management skills.
